Reiki is the base of almost all healing modalities. This is also called as Universal Life Force Energy. Level 1 helps you open up the chakras with meditation and get rid of common physical ailments. It also gives a starting way for people on the path of self discovery. The quest of finding and experiencing the unknown – unseen – untouched light or energy; is quenched with reiki.
